What is Fife Play?

Fife Play is for children in preschool and 1st grade (approx. 5–7 years). We play on a mini-flute called a Fife. It is a plastic transverse flute with holes instead of keys, making it perfectly adapted for small hands and fingers.

Lessons include much more than just playing flute – we integrate rhythmics, play, ear training, letter games, and basic sheet music in a fun and educational way. This gives the child a great musical foundation for future instrument studies.

Important Information for Parents:

  • ✓ Attending adults participate actively alongside their child during lessons.
  • ✓ Unregistered siblings cannot attend the sessions to maintain group focus.
